Questions

Common questions from financial institutions

Are the financial services courses accredited?

They are offered as customised, non-credit-bearing programmes, unless a course is listed in our accredited scope. Where unit standards in that scope are relevant, we can align content to them, and we confirm programme status before enrolment. See our accreditation page.

Can you tailor courses to our products, policies and systems?

Yes. We use your own cases, procedures and terminology, and we agree the level and depth for each audience before we design.

How do the three levels differ?

Fundamentals builds shared vocabulary and awareness. Intermediate applies tools to real work. Advanced focuses on design, governance and leadership decisions. Many organisations enrol a cohort at one level and progress them over time.

Do the courses replace professional qualifications or regulatory exams?

No. They build practical working knowledge and are not a substitute for professional qualifications or regulatory examinations.

Who facilitates?

Facilitators and subject-matter experts from our network of 30+ practitioners, matched to each programme. We confirm facilitator profiles with you before delivery.
